Abstract:
[Purpose] The present invention relates to a supercritical hydrothermal synthesis device, a VO2 powder produced using the device, and a manufacturing method for the same, and has the purpose of providing: a supercritical hydrothermal synthesis device in which clogging is reduced to enable a long period of operation, and which produces VO2 in a short time and with good production efficiency and directly produces a nano-fine powder on the order of 50 nm; a VO2 fine powder; and a method for producing the same. [Structure] A synthesis unit comprises three flow channels forming a Y shape and configured such that the direction of the hot water supplied from a first flow channel and the direction of raw material supplied from a second flow channel are twisted with each other to generate a twisted water flow for hydrothermal synthesis, wherein the twisted water flow after the hydrothermal synthesis is discharged from a third flow channel to reduce clogging of the raw material at the intersection between the first flow channel and the second flow channel.
