Abstract:
The present invention provides a superhydrophobic and transparent polymer structure which is formed of a polymer and comprises a transparent substrate and a micro-sized protrusion part protruding in a lattice-shaped pattern on a surface of the substrate. According to the superhydrophobic and transparent polymer structure and the method for manufacturing the same, the superhydrophobic and transparent polymer structure can be produced by forming a micron-sized lattice-shaped pattern grove in a mold, and then forming a micron-sized protrusion part to protrude in a lattice-shaped pattern on a substrate, which is formed of a transparent polymer, through the pattern groove. Therefore, the superhydrophobic and transparent polymer structure can be applied to large areas and is easy to mass produce.
