Provided is a supply-demand management device provided with: a record management unit for managing a power supply record indicating the record of power supplied between a plurality of suppliers/users within a community; and a deriving unit which, on the basis of the record of power supply from a first supplier/user among the plurality of suppliers/users to other suppliers/users, derives an incentive to supply power from the first suppler/user to a second supplier/user among the other suppliers/users.
