Abstract:
[Problem] To ensure the mountability of an onboard apparatus while increasing capability to protect a battery pack during side impact. [Solution] A support device 1 for a battery pack 4 that is mounted below side rails 21 of a ladder frame 2 of a vehicle 3 and has a pair of side surfaces 41 that each face outward in the vehicle width direction D2, the side surfaces 41 being positioned further to the outside in the vehicle width direction D2 than the side rails 21. The support device 1 includes a battery-side bracket 5 and a frame-side bracket 6. The battery-side bracket 5 accommodates the battery pack 4 and has opposing surfaces that are opposite the side surfaces 41 of the battery pack 4. The frame-side bracket 6 connects the battery-side bracket 5 to the side rails 21. The battery-side bracket 5 comprises apparatus mounting parts 9 for mounting onboard apparatuses 10 at outside surfaces 52 that are surfaces on the reverse sides of the opposing surfaces.
