The invention relates to a support device for shovels, forks and similar implements, which reduces user fatigue normally associated with the use of such implements. The inventive device comprises a support element (1) and a coupling element (2) which maintains the handle (3) of the implement at a distance from the longitudinal axis of the support element (1).
