Abstract:
The present invention provides a support device (1) for a battery pack (4), the battery pack (4) being mounted below side rails (21) of a vehicle (3) and having a pair of battery side surfaces (41) each facing outward in the vehicle width direction (D2), each of the battery side surfaces (41) being positioned outside the side rail (21) in the vehicle width direction (D2), the support device (1) including a battery-side bracket (5), a frame-side bracket (6), and patterned openings (9). The battery-side bracket (5) has opposing plates (51) facing the battery side surfaces (41) and accommodates the battery pack (4). The frame-side bracket (6) couples the battery-side bracket (5) to the side rails (21). The patterned openings (9) are a plurality of holes (95) formed in the opposing plates (51) of the battery-side bracket (5) so as to allow onboard equipment (10) to be mounted onto the battery-side bracket (5) through the plurality of holes (95). The plurality of holes (95) are arranged in a predetermined pattern.
