Field of the Invention

The present invention relates to a support element which provides more efficient mounting of the parts on U-profile parts.

Background of the Invention

At the present time, the mounting of the cylinder part on U-profile is carried out by welding operation. The dimensional tolerances which have been obtained in consequence of this operation are high, therefore loss of effort occurs on the system. As a result of using the welding operation, the cost gets high and the production time extends. In addition the welding operation has negative effects on worker's health and environment.

In United States patent document No. US 2004148760 which is one of the applications within the state of the art, the mounting of a cylinder part to the metal plate is mentioned.

Summary of the Invention

The objective of the present invention is to realize a support element which will keep the shape of U-profile during the mounting of cylinder part on U-profile.

Detailed Description of the Invention

The support element realized to fulfill the objectives of the present invention is illustrated in the accompanying figures, in which:

Figure 1 is the perspective view of the inventive cylinder part, U-profϊle and support element,

Figure 2 is the perspective view of the cylinder part assembled into the U-profile.

The parts shown in the figures are individually numbered, where the numbers refer to the following:

The inventive support element (1) can be placed into the U-pro files (2) which have been produced from sheet pieces and can be used in assemble operation on U-profiles (2) without giving rise to deformation. For this purpose the support element (1) is high up to the width of the U-profile (2) and includes a slot conforming to the width of the part which will be assembled.

The support element (1) is in form of a rectangle such that it is big enough to fit in the inside of the U-profile (2). After the support element (1) has been fitted to the U-profile (2), the edges of it which have not been limited by the U-profile (2) may protrude. This rectangle includes a slot which is in alignment with the slot (3) in which the cylinder part (4) will be assembled. The support element is divided into two by a plane which passes in the middle of this slot and is parallel to the cross- section of the U-profile (2).

Before the assemble operation, the support element (1) is fitted between the U- profile (2) from sides. The cylinder part (4) is assembled to the slot (3) which is inside the U-profile (2) in that state. The support element (1) is such as not to be stucked inside the U-profile (2) during the assemble operation and after the

assemble operation is completed it is taken out of the U-profile (2). With this invention, by using assemble operation instead of welding during the mounting of the cylinder part (4) to the U-profile (2), the dimensional tolerances are minimized and loss of effort is reduced to a considerable extend. By using the method of assemble, cost reduction and the production time reduction is provided in addition, the negative effects that will result concerning worker's health and environment in connection with welding operation is prevented.

Around this basic concept, it is possible to develop a wide variety of embodiments of the inventive support element (1), the invention can not be limited to the examples described herein, it is essentially according to the claims.
