Abstract:
[Problem] To realize a system that increases a benefit for supporters in a service for remotely delivering videos and audios of the supporters. [Solution] A support provision method according to the present invention uses a system provided with a room storage unit, which stores a plurality of supporters each belonging to a room, the method including: a step for sharing, among a plurality of supporters belonging to the same room stored in the room storage unit, videos or audios of each other by using the devices of the supporters; a step for transmitting, to an external support reception system, videos or audios of the supporters, or a room selected from among the rooms stored in the room storage unit; and a step for transmitting, to an external support relay system, videos or audios of the supporters, or a room selected from among the rooms stored in the room storage unit.
