Title:
SUPPORTED BIMETALLIC SINGLE-ATOM CATALYST, AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREFOR AND APPLICATION THEREOF
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2023/077872
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of catalysts, and to a supported bimetallic single-atom catalyst, and a preparation method therefor and an application thereof. The preparation method comprises: dissolving a noble metal salt and a non-noble metal salt in a solvent to obtain a metal precursor solution, controlling the temperature of the metal precursor solution to be 20-80°C, and adjusting the pH value of the solution to 3-5 by adding an acid solution of the same type as the metal precursor, wherein the noble metal is palladium, platinum, rhodium, iridium, gold, or silver, and the non-noble metal is copper; dispersing a molecular sieve carrier in a solvent to obtain a carrier solution, the molecular sieve carrier being uniformly dispersed by means of ultrasonic vibration; and adding the metal precursor solution into the carrier solution, enabling metal atoms to be uniformly dispersed on the surface of the molecular sieve carrier, and drying and roasting to obtain the supported bimetallic single-atom catalyst. The supported bimetallic single-atom catalyst in the present invention has high selectivity and high activity for catalyzing selective preparation of methanol from methane.
