Abstract:
A supported hydroxide gasoline deep adsorption desulfurizing agent and a preparation method and oxidation regeneration method therefor. The desulfurizing agent comprises a carrier and a metal hydroxide supported on the carrier, wherein the mass ratio of the metal hydroxide to the carrier is 5-30:100. 100. The preparation method comprises: dissolving a metal salt in water, adding the carrier and mixing uniformly, adjusting the pH value of the mixture with an alkaline regulator, filtering, and drying to obtain a supported gasoline adsorption desulfurizing agent. After adsorption desulfurization, separating the desulfurizing agent and the gasoline, immersing and washing the desulfurizing agent containing adsorbate in a regenerant containing an oxidizing agent, and then drying to obtain a regenerated desulfurizing agent. The supported hydroxide adsorption desulfurizing agent has the advantages of high selectivity, high desulfurization depth, no loss of octane number, and simple and convenient operation. The regeneration method can enable the regenerated desulfurizing agent after adsorption and desulfurization to have efficient absorption and desulfurizing capacity.
