Abstract:
Provided are: a lamination molding system in which at least one among uniformity of surface pressure distribution during pressurization by a press device, smoothness of a laminated molded article, and mold release properties when lamination molding is completed is improved over conventional technology; and a lamination molding method using said lamination molding system. In a lamination molding system (1), which comprises a vacuum lamination device (2) and a press device (3) disposed in a post process of the vacuum lamination device (2), the press device (3) is provided with a pressurizing block (317), (318) attached to at least one plate among an upper plate (312) and a lower plate (314), a cushioning material (321), (324) attached to the surface of the pressurizing block (317), (318), and a metal plate (322), (325) attached to the surface of the cushioning material (321), (324). A coating layer (323), (326) of at least one among titanium or a titanium alloy, nickel or a nickel alloy, a metal nitride, and DLC is formed on the surface of the metal plate (322), (325).
