A surface mounted LED support, an LED device, and an LED display screen. The surface mounted LED support comprises an insulation base (110). The insulation base (110) comprises an outer boss (111) and at least one inner boss (112). The outer boss (111) is disposed on the periphery of the insulation base (110) to form a support bowl (113) with accommodating space. The at least one inner boss (112) is disposed in the support bowl (113), so as to divide the support bowl (113) into at least two independent sub bowls (114). A peak point of the outer boss (111) is higher than a peak point of the inner boss (112) or is on the same level with the peak point of the inner boss. A side surface facing one side of the accommodating space, of the outer boss (111) has a slope ranging from 1 to 30 degrees, and a side surface of the inner boss (112) has a slope ranging from 1 to 30 degrees. By independently adjusting shapes of outgoing lights of different light-emitting wafers in the LED device, the uniformity of light shapes of the LED device is improved.
