Title:
SURFACE MOUNTING TYPE VIBRATION MOTOR AND MOUNTING STRUCTURE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2006/016518
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
[PROBLEMS] To stably place a vibration motor on a mounted circuit board by changing the design of the shape of a part of the motor holder side of a solder reflow to be soldered without changing any design on the vibration motor body side thereof and prevent soldered portions from peeling off from the circuit board by sufficiently securing a solder joint area to firmly fix by soldering. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] The leg part of a motor holder comprises, on a part thereof, a support plate brought into contact with a fixed land on the surface of the circuit board and extending in the axial direction of an output shaft. One end part of the support plate is disposed on the tip side of the output shaft more than the center of gravity of a weight on the circuit board and on the rear end side of the tip part of the weight. Also, the surface mounting type vibration motor is characterized in that the support plate is not disposed at a position where a proximity distance between the weight and the circuit board becomes minimum.
