Abstract:
The present invention provides: a surface protective agent composition which has excellent anti-corrosion properties that prevents metal corrosion, and which exhibits excellent curability if formed into a thin film, while being suppressed in precipitation of a component; and a covered wire with a terminal, said covered wire using this surface protective agent composition. A surface protective agent composition which contains (a) a phosphorus compound represented by general formula (1), (b-1) a metal-containing compound or (b-2) an amine compound, (c) a (meth)acrylate having a hydrocarbon chain with 4 or more carbon atoms, (d-1) an acylphosphine oxide photopolymerization initiator and (d-2) an α-aminoacetophenone photopolymerization initiator, wherein the amount of the component (d-1) is from 0.1% by mass to 3.0% by mass, the amount of the component (d-2) is from 0.1% by mass to 3.0% by mass, and the total amount of the components (d-1) and (d-2) is less than 5.0% by mass, each based on the total amount of the composition. In general formula (1), R1 represents a hydrogen atom; R2 represents a hydrocarbon group having from 4 to 30 carbon atoms; and R3 represents a hydrogen atom or a hydrocarbon group having from 4 to 30 carbon atoms.
