Abstract:
Provided is a surface-treated steel sheet comprising a steel sheet and a nickel-cobalt-iron diffusion layer formed as an outmost layer on the steel sheet, wherein the Co concentration gradient ∆PCo is 33 mass%/0.1 µm or less in the region between depth position DCo_MAX and depth position DCo_15% when the Ni strength, Co strength, and Fe strength of the nickel-cobalt-iron diffusion layer are measured continuously in the depth direction from the surface side by means of radio frequency glow-discharge optical-emission spectrometry and the Ni concentration, Co concentration, and Fe concentration at each depth position of the nickel-cobalt-iron diffusion layer are obtained on the basis of the Ni strength, Co strength, and Fe strength, DCo_MAX being the depth position at which the Co concentration is largest, and DCo_15% being a depth position closer to the steel sheet side than depth position DCo_MAX is and at which the Co concentration is 15% of the largest value.
