Abstract:
Provided is a surface treatment agent in which a water-insoluble polymer compound containing the structural components of (A) a monomer having an acidic functional group and (B) a monomer having an HLB value (Griffin's method) within a range of 0-5.0 is dissolved. The ratio of (A) is 10-50 mol% and the solvent is an alcohol-based solvent. This configuration provides a surface treatment agent containing a cell-adhesive polymer.
