Abstract:
A surface treatment device for a non-ferrous metal casting, comprising a frame (1). A cleaning bin, a drying bin, and a polishing bin are sequentially provided inside the frame from left to right. Lateral limiting blocks (2) are provided on both side walls of the frame. The tops of the lateral limiting blocks are connected to support blocks (3) by means of a connecting rod. A ball screw (5) is rotatably connected between the two support blocks. A spiral moving block (7) is threadedly sleeved on an outer side of the ball screw. A positioning block (10) is provided on a front end of the spiral moving block. An inner side of the positioning block is slidably connected to a sliding rod (9). According to the device, a clamping plate (6) can be used for clamping a metal casting, and the metal casting is driven by the ball screw to be adjusted left and right, and is driven by a first hydraulic cylinder (8) to be adjusted up and down, so that the position of the metal casting can be adjusted in all directions, subsequent machining of the metal casting is more thorough, and the efficiency is higher.
