Abstract:
A surge protection device (100) comprises a housing (10), a first insulation sleeve (20) arranged in the housing, an aluminum sheet (30) arranged in the first insulation sleeve, a piezoresistor chip (40) arranged on the aluminum sheet, a metal connecting terminal (50) arranged on the piezoresistor chip, a second insulation sleeve (60) arranged on the metal connecting terminal, a gasket (70) arranged on the second insulation sleeve and a clamp spring (80). The piezoresistor chip is contained in the first insulation sleeve. A step part (55) is formed at the middle part of the metal connecting terminal. The second insulation sleeve comprises a first sleeve (61) sleeving the step part of the metal connecting terminal, a second sleeve (62) arranged under the step part and a connecting ring (63) connected between the first sleeve and the second sleeve. The outer side of the second sleeve leans against the inner wall of the housing. A first sleeve ring (91) and a second sleeve ring (92) sleeve the metal connecting terminal, and the outer peripheral edges of the two sleeve rings respectively lean against the inner walls of the first sleeve and the second sleeve. The clamping spring sleeves the second insulation sleeve, and the outer side of the clamping spring is clamped in the housing. The surge protection device integrates internal and external sealing effects, thereby achieving the purposes of dust prevention and the like.
