Abstract:
The present technology pertains to a surgery imaging system, a signal processing device, and a signal processing method which make it possible to improve the quality of a 3D image of a surgery site. This surgery imaging system is provided with: a first imaging unit that captures an image of a surgery site and outputs a first imaging signal; a second imaging unit that captures an image of the surgery site with the same frame period as that of the first imaging unit from an angle different from that of the first imaging unit and outputs a second imaging signal; an imaging control unit that controls the imaging timings of the first imaging unit and the second imaging unit; and a signal generation unit that generates a 3D image signal on the basis of the fist imaging signal and the second imaging signal. The imaging control unit performs control such that the imaging timings of the first imaging unit and the second imaging unit are displaced by half of the frame period. The present technology can be applied, for example, to a 3D imaging system for surgery.
