Abstract:
The present invention comprises: a coupling part coupled to a handle while accommodating the handle of a surgical driver; a rotary holding part which is connected to the coupling part while pressing the surgical driver handle accommodated in the coupling part and through which a guide wire used for a minimally invasive surgery passes; a fixed holding part which is screw-coupled to the rotary holding part and through which the guide wire having passed through the rotary holding part passes; and a locking part provided on the fixed holding part so as to fix the guide wire on the fixed holding part, wherein the surgical driver rotates by being linked with the rotary holding part rotating on the fixed holding part.
