Abstract:
A surgical instrument, used for stapling first and then cutting. The surgical instrument comprises a handle (5), a staple anvil assembly (4) and a staple cartridge support that are arranged side by side at one end of the handle (5) and oppositely arranged, a staple cartridge assembly mounted on the staple cartridge support, a closing pressure rod (51) disposed on the handle (5) and used for driving a staple anvil and the staple cartridge support to close, a staple pushing rod (53) and a knife pulling rod (54) that are disposed in the handle (5), and a driving assembly disposed on the handle (5) and used for driving the staple pushing rod (53) and the knife pulling rod (54) to move along the lengthwise direction of the staple anvil assembly (4). A cutting knife (30) is provided in the staple anvil assembly (4) or the staple cartridge assembly. Both the staple anvil assembly (4) and the staple cartridge assembly have suturing surfaces (108, 110). Both the staple cartridge assembly and the staple anvil assembly (4) have relatively disposed distal and proximal ends. The proximal ends are arranged closer to the handle (5) than the distal ends. The driving assembly drives the staple pushing rod (53) and the knife pulling rod (54) to move, and when the knife pulling rod (54) is close to the distal ends, the cutting knife (30) is turned over to protrude from the suturing surfaces (108, 110), and then the knife pulling rod (54) drives the cutting knife (30) to pull back to cut a sutured tissue.
