The present invention relates to a surgical operation apparatus comprising: a gun-shaped handle unit to be held in the hand of an operator; an ultrasonic unit for generating ultrasonic waves, provided inside the handle unit; an insertion pipe in which the ultrasonic waves generated by the ultrasonic unit is transmitted to an operation unit provided at one end, and the other end opposite to the one end is rotatably coupled to the front portion of the handle unit; and a vibration unit, which is provided at the back portion of the handle unit, for generating vibration by the electric power supplied from a power supply so as to vibrate the ultrasonic unit and for transmitting the same to the ultrasonic unit. The vibration unit comprises: a vibration portion integrated with the handle unit, wherein the vibration portion is provided inside the handle unit, and is detachably coupled to the ultrasonic unit so as to be able to rotate with the insertion pipe; a power supply connection portion wired in the vertical direction of the housing from the back portion of the vibration portion to connect the vibration portion and the power supply; and a rotation portion, which is provided at the back portion of the vibration portion, for preventing the wiring of the power supply connection portion from being twisted when the vibration portion rotates.
