Abstract:
A surgical ureteroscope (100) for removing calculus in a loop-back manner, the ureteroscope comprising a ureteroscope body (10) and an operating portion (20). The ureteroscope body (10) comprises: a tube structure body (11), at least one liquid-filling channel (12), and at least one liquid discharge channel (13), wherein the at least one liquid-filling channel (12) has at least one liquid outlet (121), which is located at a front end portion (110), and the at least one liquid discharge channel (13) has at least one liquid inlet (131), which is located at the front end portion (110); and the liquid outlet (121) has a first orientation, and the liquid inlet (131) has a second orientation, which forms a preset included angle with the first orientation. The liquid outlet (121) and the liquid inlet (131) form a special postural combination, such that a fluid exiting from the liquid outlet (121) forms a loop in the renal pelvis and then flows back to the liquid inlet (131), so as to improve the extraction efficiency of broken calculus and prevent the fluid discharged from the liquid outlet (121) from directly flowing into the liquid inlet (131) without passing through the renal pelvis.
