Abstract:
A survey task processing method, apparatus and device, and a computer-readable storage medium. The method comprises: receiving a case reporting instruction triggered by a client on the basis of a client end, and extracting a task waiting for a survey and accident position information from the case reporting instruction (S10); determining current working state information of a surveyor within a regional range where the accident position information belongs (S20); performing automatic call processing on an outbound call task to obtain an outbound call result (S30); matching a corresponding second virtual telephone number for the client (S40); and sending a first virtual telephone number to the client end, and sending the second virtual telephone number to a terminal of a target surveyor, so that the target surveyor and the client communicate with each other by means of the first virtual telephone number and the second virtual telephone number so as to process the task waiting for a survey (S50). The procedure for a property insurance survey can be simplified, and the privacy of real telephone numbers of a client and a surveyor can be protected.
