Abstract:
A suspension adjuster structure with an adjustable main spring angle, composed of a pair of main springs (1), an inner tube (2), and an outer tube (3), the pair of main springs (1) being assembled into a suspension main spring by means of a plug-in method, the inner tube (2) having an interference fit with the inner ring of the suspension main spring and the outer tube (3) having an interference fit with the outer ring of the suspension main spring; each main spring (1) is composed of an outer plug-in member (11), an inner plug-in member (12), and a rubber main spring (13), the inner plug-in member (12) being positioned inside the rubber main spring (13), the pair of main springs (1) having an interference fit with one another by means of the inner plug-in member (12), and having an interference fit with the outer tube (3) by means of the outer plug-in member (11), the inner tube (2) being inserted into and having an interference fit with the inner plug-in member (12), and the outer tube (3) being pressed into various suspension outer frames.
