Abstract:
A suspension type track single-turnout vehicle line changing system. Turnout beams (3) connect corresponding rear buttress beams (2) and front buttress beams (1) by means of slewing motion to achieve line change. The devices and the mechanisms are integrated in the line changing system, and knuckle bearings are used in a slewing device (5), a connecting device, and a locomotion device (7), so that the positional relationship can be adaptively adjusted, matching errors of the turnout beams (3) caused by temperature and shock factors are compensated, and stable support and operating conditions are provided; the mounting positions of a drum-shaped gear (6-2) and a rack assembly (6-3) of a slewing driving mechanism (6) can also adapt to the telescopic deformation of the turnout beams (3), and stable driving is provided; all the devices and mechanisms are combined, so that the stability of the whole suspension track line changing system is improved.
