Abstract:
A suspension vehicle is configured by adding a suspension interface under a vehicle body, for example, an air cushion is mounted in a space between the vehicle body and the track surface under the vehicle or between the vehicle roof and the undersurface of the overhead track, and the vehicle body obtains upward suspension force via air charged into or extracted from the air cushion by a pneumatic pump. The suspension vehicle is propelled by using rotary wheels power or a linear motor. Through a wheel holder, the balance of the vehicle body is adjusted by the force exerted on the magnets mounted on the track surface which is applied by the electromagnetic coils of the vehicle body or respectively adjusting the pressure of multiple air cushions. The suspension of the vehicle body is implemented by using seamless or joint sealing air cushions. Parts for controlling the running of the vehicle provide the specific movement operation for the running of the vehicle. The normal running of the vehicle is implemented by a position control mechanism. The suspension vehicle with this configuration can be suspended in the air after being properly counterweighted so as to become a heavy-duty moving tool with rails. The frictional force of the air cushion is different as a result of their different sealing manners, for example, the frictional force may be less than one ten thousandth of the vehicle weight when the suspension vehicle is at low speed.
