Abstract:
In the present invention, an operation unit (120) calculates the characteristic amount of a target email which is the email to be examined, and then, on the basis of the characteristic amount of the target email, the operation unit acquires a state-identifier of the target email, from a state-defining file. Next, from at least one email thread, the operation unit selects an email thread, as a target thread, to which the target email belongs, and adds the state-identifier of the target email to a state group of the target thread. Next, the operation unit determines whether the state group conforms to a detection rule, the state group being that of the target thread to which the state-identifier of the target email has been added. If the state group of the target thread conforms to the detection rule, the operation unit generates an alert.
