Abstract:
Regarding the insufficient swelling resistance of existing nanofiltration membranes in organic solvents, the present invention provides a swelling-resistant sulfonated polyethersulfone nanofiltration membrane comprising an ultrafiltration support layer and a nanofiltration separation layer loaded on the ultrafiltration support layer. Both the ultrafiltration support layer and the nanofiltration separation layer are formed by sulfonated polyethersulfone via phase inversion. Both the ultrafiltration support layer and the nanofiltration separation layer are subjected to a crosslinking process by using a crosslinking agent. The nanofiltration membrane prepared in the invention addresses the swelling resistance issue of membranes in organic solvents and has a high application potential.
