Abstract:
A swimming pool sport result timing system and timing method based on an Internet of Things, the timing system comprising: a radio frequency label module (1) having a unique identifier; information acquisition modules (2) installed at two ends of a swimming lane, each information acquisition module (2) reading, via a first radio frequency reader, the unique identifier of the radio frequency label module (1) worn by a swimmer, and transmitting to, via a first communication sub-module, a server (3) the read unique identifier of the radio frequency label module (1); and a result query module (4) and a result display screen (5). Via the information acquisition modules (2) provided at two ends of the swimming lane, the system acquires, by utilizing the first radio frequency reader, the identifier of the radio frequency label module (1) worn by the swimmer, uniformly records the swimming result corresponding to the radio frequency label module (1) via the server (3), and can simultaneously record the results of all the swimmers in the swimming pool, thus having a low per capita usage cost, a high timing precision, and better satisfying the timing requirements of various indoor and outdoor swimming pools.
