A swimming wearable device, comprising an upper body wearable device (100) and a lower limb wearable device (2). The upper body wearable device (100) is provided with an electronic security air bag (11). The lower limb wearable device (2) is provided with a muscle state monitoring apparatus (21). The muscle state monitoring apparatus (21) is in a signal connection with the upper body wearable device (100) or the electronic security air bag (11) of the upper body wearable device (100). The muscle state monitoring apparatus (21) sends a signal to the upper body wearable device (100) or the electronic security air bag (11) of the upper body wearable device (100) when monitoring muscle spasm of the lower limbs, so as to trigger the upper body wearable device (100) or trigger the starting of the electronic security air bag (11). The swimming wearable device can offer a certain buoyant force to a swimmer when muscle spasm occurs, thereby reducing drowning accidents and improving the security when swimming. Also provided is an upper limb wearable device.
