Title:
SWING DEVICE FOR SUPPRESSING LARGE-AMPLITUDE VIBRATION OF LARGE FLOATING MARINE STRUCTURE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2022/193147
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of floating marine structure vibration control research, and provides a swing device for suppressing large-amplitude vibration of a large floating marine structure. Flexible, lightweight and high-strength cloth is laid and connected to a large-area frame consisting of longitudinal and transverse ropes and steel pipe beams, and multiple high-strength ropes having sufficient tensile rigidity are used to suspend a single-layer or multi-layer frame at several specified positions under a marine structure. When a floating structure drives the device to vibrate in the water, the gravity of the device and huge additional inertial force and additional damping force generated by the water are used to do negative work, so as to consume the vibration energy of the structure, thereby suppressing large-amplitude vibration of the structure. The flexible connection between the device and the structure can suppress multidirectional vibrations, especially the effect on vertical vibration is the best. The self-weight of the swing device and the length of each rope are convenient to adjust, facilitating the control of vibration of different amplitudes. The present invention has a simple structure, has parameters that are easy to adjust, implements control of multiple vibrations, is widely applied, and achieves practical economy and superior comprehensive performance.
