Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a swinging brush in a knitting machine, comprising a brush and a brush support. The brush is mounted on the brush support; a guide seat is further comprised; rack seats are respectively mounted at the two sides of the guide seat; an arc-shaped groove is formed on each rack seat; a rack is provided on one inner wall of the arc-shaped groove; gears are arranged on the two ends of the brush support; the gears are arranged in the arc-shaped grooves of the rack seats and are engaged with the racks; and the guide seat is further provided with a driving assembly that drives the brush support to move along the arc-shaped grooves. The present invention mounts the brush on a movable brush support, and considers upper and lower needle beds, so that the upper and lower needle beds share the brush; the whole brush is compact in structure and low in cost, and the occupied area of the brush on a triangular motherboard is reduced, thereby facilitating reducing the area of the triangular motherboard, and meeting the requirement for diversity of a machine head.
