Abstract:
A swinging exercising machine comprises a base frame (10) with a pivoting pin
(21), in which, the pivoting pin (21) is provided with a lower bush (22) and an upper
bush (23) which are respectively connected with a holding seat (29) and a handle
bar (28), wherein the pivoting pin (21) is respectively arranged with three groups
of damping devices (24, 25, 26) so as to increase the rotating resistance force
and so improve the exercise effect. Furthermore, the machine is easily collapsible.
