Abstract:
The present invention provides a switch mode power supply control circuit and a power supply chip. The switch mode power supply control circuit comprises a signal conversion module; the signal conversion module is used for acquiring an input voltage and outputting a reference signal, the reference signal is increased along with the increase of the input voltage, and the increase speed of the reference signal is reduced along with the increase of the input voltage. The reference signal is used for driving a power transistor to be conducted, and the duration of single conduction of the power transistor is inversely proportional to the reference signal. In such a configuration, the fixed conduction time corresponding to the switch mode power supply control circuit has the advantages of a completely fixed conduction time mode and a conduction time and input voltage inverse proportion mode in a high-voltage section, and the problem in the prior art that the function relationship between the conduction time and the input voltage in the fixed conduction time mode is not reasonable enough, resulting in defects in a power supply circuit in some working conditions is solved.
