Abstract:
Disclosed are a switch power supply, a control circuit thereof and a control method therefor. The control circuit comprises a control unit and a drive unit. According to a comparison result between switch voltage and a preset voltage, the control unit controls the drive unit to provide drive signals having different driving strengths so as to regulate the turn-off speed of a power switch transistor. By means of controlling the driving strength of the driving signals so as to amend the rising rate of the switch voltage, spikes in the switch voltage are reduced, which protects various elements in the circuit from being damaged by voltage spikes, and improves the service life and reliability of the circuit.
