Provided is a technology that suppresses oscillation noise of a semiconductor device and allows suppression of mirror noise. The present invention comprises: a switching device that conducts or opens a state between a drain terminal and a source terminal on the basis of a voltage applied between a gate terminal and the source terminal; a drive circuit including a first switch element and a second switch element, the drive circuit opening/closing the first and second switch elements in accordance with a prescribed control signal, and outputting, to the gate terminal through an output terminal, a drive voltage for driving the switching device; a clamp circuit having a third switch element that causes conductance between a reference potential of the drive circuit and a node on the basis of a comparison result between a threshold potential generated on the basis of the reference potential of the drive circuit, and a potential at a connecting point of a path to which an output end and the gate terminal of the drive circuit are connected; and a ferrite inductor that is provided directly near the output end of the drive circuit, one end of the ferrite conductor being connected to the output end, and another end being connected to the node.
