Abstract:
This switching device comprises: a reference terminal; a power supply terminal that receives the supply of a power supply voltage; a first transistor inserted between the power supply terminal and a first end of a primary side winding of a transformer; a second transistor inserted between the reference terminal and the first end of the primary side winding; a third transistor inserted between the power supply terminal and a second end of the primary side winding; a fourth transistor inserted between the reference terminal and the second end of the primary side winding; a first diode connected in parallel with the first transistor; and a second diode connected in parallel with the second transistor. The first and second diodes have a forward direction from the reference terminal toward the power supply terminal.
