Abstract:
Provided is a switching device comprising: an operation lever (10) that is swingable in a first direction and a second direction relative to a neutral position (P0); a first switch (SW11) that detects the current state when the operation lever moves to a first operation position (P11); a second switch (SW21) that detects the current state when the operation lever moves to a second operation position (P21), said second operation position being a position that is symmetrical to the first operation position; and a control unit (11) that performs stepwise control of a multi-step function in which the operation state is switched between multiple steps, that switches the control state of the multi-step function in a stepwise manner toward a higher position on the basis of the detection state of the first switch, and that switches the control state of the multi-step function in a stepwise manner toward a lower position on the basis of the detection state of the second switch. As a result of the upper/lower operation positions (P11) and (P21) being symmetrical, the configuring of components for shared use is simplified.
