Abstract:
A diagnostic device (10) that is this switching equipment diagnostic device diagnoses the occurrence of abnormalities in switching equipment that has an operation axis (26) for operating switching of a breaker contact point (30) that is a contact point. The switching equipment diagnostic device comprises: a slope-calculating unit (12) for calculating the slope of the waveform representing the relationship between the time from when an operating command is input to the switching equipment and the position of the operation axis (26), which is a waveform showing the state of operation of the operation axis (26); and an abnormality diagnostic unit (14) that extracts a feature amount representing the operating characteristics of the operation axis (26) from the relationship between the time and the calculated slope, and that diagnoses the cause of abnormalities that occur when an abnormality occurs based on the results of comparing the extracted feature amount with a preset reference value.
