Abstract:
Provided in the present application is a synchronization signal transmitting method applied to an unlicensed frequency band. In order to ensure the fairness of transmission, a network device performs listen before talk (LBT) before the start time for transmitting a synchronization signal so as to determine whether a channel is busy or is idle; when the channel is busy, the network device cannot transmit the synchronization signal at the desired start time for transmitting the synchronization signal, thus the network device performs the LBT again within a predetermined period of time after the start time and transmits the synchronization signal when determining that the channel is idle by performing the LBT again; and when the channel is idle, the network device preempts a channel resource and transmits the synchronization signal at the desired start time for transmitting the synchronization signal.
