Abstract:
A synthesis method for loxoprofen and analogues thereof as shown in the following reaction formula, wherein compound (I) undergoes a reaction under the catalysis of a catalyst to generate compound (II). The method avoids the use of a large amount of an acid solution and can be performed under solvent-free conditions, and therefore the method is more environmentally friendly. The used catalyst can be recycled and reused, the recovery rate of the catalyst reaches 98%, and the discharge of the three wastes and environmental pollution are greatly reduced.
