Disclosed in the present invention are an organic-inorganic nano-composite gel plugging agent, and an oil-based drilling fluid. The plugging agent used for an oil-based drilling fluid is an organic-inorganic nano-composite gel, and the raw materials for synthesizing the organic-inorganic nano-composite gel comprise molybdenum disulfide, 2-ethylacrylic acid, N,N-dimethylacrylamide, and N,N-methylenebisacrylamide. The drilling fluid comprises the organic-inorganic nano-composite gel of the present invention. The organic-inorganic nano-composite gel of the present invention serves as a nano plugging agent, which has a grain size distribution between 50-200 nm, such that the filtrate of the drilling fluid can be effectively prevented from entering a stratum, and accidents such as borehole wall collapse can be prevented. The organic-inorganic nano-composite gel is particularly suitable for nano plugging of a shale stratum, the principle of the preparation method therefor is reliable, and the gel has a broad market prospect.
