Abstract:
The present invention provides a synthetic leather which is characterized by having a layer that is formed from a moisture-curable polyurethane hot melt resin composition which contains (i) a hot melt urethane prepolymer that is a reaction product of (A) a polyol containing (a1) an alicyclic polyester polyol and (B) a polyisocyanate. It is preferable that the polyol (A) additionally contains (a2) a polyoxypropylene glycol. It is preferable that the moisture-curable polyurethane hot melt resin composition additionally contains (ii) a hindered amine compound and (iii) a triazole compound. A synthetic leather according to the present invention has excellent weather resistance and bonding strength, and is suitable for use as a split leather.
