Abstract:
The present invention provides a synthetic leather which at least has a substrate (i), an adhesive layer (ii) and an epidermal layer (iii), the synthetic leather being characterized in that: the adhesive layer (ii) is formed from a urethane resin composition which contains a urethane resin (A) having an aromatic polyisocyanate (a1) as a starting material, and also contains water (B); and the epidermal layer (iii) is formed from a urethane resin composition which contains an anionic urethane resin (X), the anionic group concentration of which is 0.15 mmol/g or less, and also contains water (Y). It is preferable for the aromatic polyisocyanate (a1) to contain toluene diisocyanate. It is also preferable for the aromatic ring concentration in the urethane resin (A) to be within the range of 0.1-2.5 mol/kg.
