Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of organic compound synthesis, and disclosed is a synthetic method for a polyether for a low modulus sealant. The synthetic method in the present invention mainly comprises: taking a mixture of a monovalent alcohol polyoxypropylene ether and a polyol polyoxypropylene ether as a starting agent, taking propylene oxide as a chain extender, and adding a metal complexing catalyst for reaction, and after the reaction is completed, obtaining the polyether for the low modulus sealant. The polyether prepared in the present invention can well enhance the rigidity strength of the sealant and reduce the elastic modulus, and solves the problem of high modulus of existing polyether silane modified sealants; the synthesis process is simple, production control is easy, the production period is short, and energy consumption is low.
