Abstract:
Provided in the present application are a system and apparatus for configuring a neural network model in an edge server. The system comprises a cloud server and an edge server, wherein the cloud server is used for training a first neural network model, and sending, to the edge server, configuration parameters of N layers that meet a preset condition in the first neural network model; and on the basis of the configuration parameters of the N layers, the edge server updates parameters of N layers that correspond to the configuration parameters, which parameters are in a second neural network model in the edge server. In this way, an edge server can update a second neural network model in a timely manner, so as to ensure the accuracy of the second neural network model in the edge server; moreover, since configuration parameters of some layers are transmitted, the data transmission amount is reduced, thereby lowering the requirements for a bandwidth.
