Abstract:
Disclosed in the embodiments of the present application is a device for separating a steel wire rope core of a conveyor belt, which device relates to a technique of separating a steel wire rope core of a conveyor belt, and solves the problems of high labor intensity and long time consumption for separating a steel wire rope core of a conveyor belt joint. The device for separating a steel wire rope core of a conveyor belt provided in the embodiments of the present application comprises a mounting seat, a cutting mechanism and a conveying mechanism. The cutting mechanism is connected to the mounting seat, wherein a cutter is arranged on the cutting mechanism and is used for separating a steel wire rope core at a conveyor belt joint, the cutter is arranged along the width of the conveyor belt, and the dimension of the cutter along the width of the conveyor belt is greater than or equal to the width of the conveyor belt. The conveying mechanism is fixedly connected to the mounting seat and is used for making the conveying belt joint move along the cutter. The device for separating a steel wire rope core of a conveyor belt provided in the embodiments of the present application is used for separating a steel wire rope core at a conveyor belt joint.
