Abstract:
The present invention relates to a system for capturing carbon dioxide and recycling carbon for use in cement manufacturing facilities. A system for capturing carbon dioxide and recycling carbon for use in cement manufacturing facilities, according to one embodiment of the present invention, may comprise: a preheater that has multiple stages of cyclones arranged in series in a vertical direction, and receives and preheats cement raw materials; a calciner that calcines the cement raw materials preheated by the preheater; a kiln that burns the cement raw materials calcined in the calciner; an exhaust line, connected to a cyclone of the preheater, that discharges exhaust gas discharged from both the calciner and the kiln to the outside; and a reactor, disposed on the exhaust line, that receives the exhaust gas and reacts same with the basic alkaline mixed solution to capture carbon dioxide in the exhaust gas, collects a reactant containing the captured carbon dioxide, and separates the reactant carbon dioxide and a waste solution from the reactant
