The present invention concerns a new system for the identification, based on colours for functional purposes, that will simplify the production and reduce the variety and the storage encumbrance of invoice file-holders.

File-holders for invoices and similar are already known, consisting of an element provided with an internal , small device with a lever opening and a sheet holder, that may be inserted into a box-like structure from which the back of said internal element can be seen. Onto said back, usually whole or partial plates are sticked with spaces for the identification of the content, and said plates are made different in the colours at sight, for the indexing, that must correspond to the one of the background.

At present, in the storing for distribution, it is necessary to keep a considerable assortment of containers, which are in turn coloured, for corresponding to the colour of the sticked plates and consequently, as the box-like structures are

very encumbersome, either a limited chromatic choice is performed or great storing spaces must be used.

In a smaller part of the described products a small, transparent pocket is provided on the back of the internal elements, for inserting a small plate with spaces for few identifications, which, moreover, doesn't solve the problem of the need of a colour different from the rest of the back at sight.

It is the aim of the present invention to provide a considerable saving of the production variety of invoice and similar file-holders and consequently to limit the volumes taken in the storages.

The aim set forth is reached according to the present invention, by means of the system for chromatic and functional identificatio for invoice file-holders, which mainly comprises:

- a plurality of plates that are possibly interchangeable and of different colours, supplied with each packaging, provided with all requested housings for the identification and with a hole corresponding to the one for

grasping, performed on the back of each internal element of invoice and similar file-holders;

- a transparent, housing pocket for the insertion, corresponding to the dimensions of said plates, and that covers the whole of the back of said internal elements, in turn provided with a hole corresponding to the graping hole;

- an element provided with an internal device with a lever opening and a sheet-holder, of a neutral colour, as it may be identified due to its colour by the plate inserted on its back;

- a box-like structure for containing the internal element, of a neutral colour, as also said structure may be identified with the colour of the plate inserted at sight through the opening of said box-like structure.

The system according to the present invention also provides, for underlining the functionality of the file-holder, an additional transparent pocket, of reduced dimensions, placed on the internal face of the containing element, for the possible insertion of identification data of the content.

The present invention will be described more in detail hereinbelow relating to the enclosed drawings, in which an embodiment is shown.

Figures 1 and 2 show an axonometric and an exploded view of the elements composing the system for chromatic and functional identification for invoice file-holders .

Figure 3 shows the different plates of various colours , possibly interchangeable , that are possibly to be inserted into the neutral container in the commercial distribution.

The enclosed figures show a system for chromatic and functional identification for invoice file- holders , mainly consisting of :

- a plurality of plates 1 of different colours , that may be chosen in the packaging for identifying the file-holders , of rectangular shape and of such dimensions as to cover the whole back at sight of said file-holder , and provided with localizations 2 and 3 for the insertion of the reference data of said container , spaced by a passing-through hole 4 , corresponding to a hole 5 performed on the back of said file-holder, for an easy gasping;

- a transparent pocket 6 out of polypropylene or polythene or other suitable material , made integral with the back 10 of the f ile-holder 9 during manufacturing on three sides thereof , and

open only on the upper side 7, through which the plate 1 of the chosen colour is inserted, that will determine the chromatic identification of the while file-holder; furthermore, said pocket has a passing-through hole 8, localized in correspondence with said holes 4 and 5 of the file-holder's plate;

- a container element 9 of a neutral colour that may be identified through its back 10 at sight by means of the application of said colour plate 1, with front, rounded trimmings 14 inducing to insertion, and provided inside with a small device 11 with a lever opening and a sheet- holder, of pitch eight;

- a box-like structure 12 for containing said element 9 , of a neutral colour, and that may also be identified by its colour with the insertion of said plate 1 into said pocket 6.

The functioning of the system according to the present invention is evident; furthermore, on the internal face of the container 9 the present invention provides an additional transparent pocket 13 , of reduced dimensions, for the possible insertion of identification data of the content.
